Bill Wallace, VE9WW Second Time Winner In
Annual Nova Scotia Amateur Radio Association Contest

Fellow members of the Moncton Seniors ARC congratulate VE9WW on winning the 2003 Nova Scotia Amateur Radio Association contest.  It's the second time for Bill.   He was also the top scorer in 2002.  It was a neck and neck race between Bill and runner-up David Nimmo, VE1NN.   They beat out 51 entrants and scored above such enthusiastic competitors as, Scott Nichols, VE1OP, Hal Rodd, VE1LV and Linda Harvey, VE1BEW.
