2006 NSARA PICNIC
August 26, 2006

The NSARA 2006 Picnic was sponsored by the Yarmouth Amateur Radio Club Inc. and held in 
Gavelton, YarCo., at the summer home of Bernie and Veralyn Bonnar, VE1UT and VE1VAR.  

There was a meet and greet with 50 people in attendance. 

The NSARA Directors meeting was held at 12:00. It was decided to defer the Annual General 
Meeting to October 21st following the GARC Flea Market.

Following the meeting all were treated to a fantastic seafood chowder lunch with all the fixings. 
The meal was enjoyed by all.

Following the meal there was a CW copying contest, Fox Hunt, Bingo game and due to the lack
of children the adults participated in the scavenger hunt and seemed to really have fun doing it.

10 wpm CW winner was VE1ZN

VE1GA took top awards for both 15 & 20 WPM

The Home Brew winner was VE1GSO
